FAQs

What is Holistic Interior Decorating, and how is it different from traditional Interior Decorating?

Holistic Interior Design looks beyond just how a space looks — it focuses on how it feels and functions. At DECOZEN Interiors, we create environments that support balance, well-being, and your lifestyle, blending beauty with intentional design choices.

How does the design process work at DecoZen Interiors?

Our process begins with a consultation to understand your vision, needs, and lifestyle. We start by decluttering and energetically cleansing the space using modalities such as sage, sound, or intention-setting to welcome new positive energy. From there, we create mood boards and renderings to bring your design to life, source furnishings, and transform your space in a smooth, collaborative way.

Do you work with clients in the Phoenix area only, or do you also offer Virtual Design?

DECOZEN Interiors primarily serves clients in the Phoenix area, allowing us to work closely on-site to bring designs to life. While we occasionally offer virtual design for certain projects, we focus on in-person collaborations to ensure the highest level of detail, guidance, and transformation for each space.

What modalities or practices do you use in your holistic design approach?

At DECOZEN Interiors, we use holistic modalities to create spaces that support well-being and positive energy. This includes energy clearing, decluttering, Feng Shui, crystal placement, color theory, and incorporating natural materials. We thoughtfully combine these practices with design elements to craft balanced, harmonious environments that feel intentional and nurturing.

How do elements like color, layout, and natural materials impact the energy of my space?

Every element in a room influences how it feels and functions. Color can uplift or calm, layout affects flow and movement, and natural materials not only bring warmth and grounding energy but also create a healthier environment. At DECOZEN Interiors, we thoughtfully combine these elements with holistic practices to design spaces that feel balanced, intentional, and supportive of your well-being.
